Rosters

The Rosters page is where you will manage your rosters

Add New Roster

  • Click + New Roster

  • Add a name and select the students to be added to the roster

  • Click Save

Upload Roster CSV

To add multiple rosters at once you can use our Rosters Upload feature

  • Click the ellipsis button next to the Show Archived button

  • Click Upload CSV

  • This will take you to our Rosters Upload page. For more information on the Rosters Upload page read our guide here

Edit Roster

  • Click the ellipsis on the right side of the table for the corresponding roster

  • Click Edit

  • Make any necessary changes to the roster name and student list

  • Make any necessary changes to the staff list and their permissions

  • Click Update

Share Roster

Sharing a roster allows other Staff users to have access to a roster

  • Click the ellipsis on the right side of the table for the corresponding roster

  • Click Share

  • Select staff

  • Click Share

Archive Roster

  • Click the ellipsis on the right side of the table for the corresponding roster

  • Click Archive

  • Click Archive

Unarchive Roster

  • Click the Show Archived button

  • Click the ellipsis on the right side of the table for the corresponding roster

  • Click Unarchive

  • Click Unarchive

Download Roster CSV

If you need to export a spreadsheet of all your rosters you can do this with our Download CSV feature

  • Click the ellipsis button next to the Show Archived button

  • Click Download CSV
