Plan & Billing

The Plan & Billing page is where you will manage your school's subscription and billing info

Update Subscription

If you need to change your subscription plan you can do this in our billing portal

• Click the blue Open Billing Portal button to be redirected to the billing portal

• Click Update subscription

• Select Monthly or Yearly

• Select your plan type: Premium, Premium Plus or Custom

  • Custom is only available for Yearly plans

• Select your quantity of time

• Click Continue

• Add a promotional code, if applicable

• Click Confirm

• Add payment info

• Click Continue

Request Renewal Quote

• Click Request Renewal Quote

• Set your number of students

• Click Request Quote under the plan you are interested in

  • An email will be sent to you with the requested info

• If you would like to generate a new quote you will have to void any active quote you may have by clicking Void Renewal Quote

Update Billing Contact

• Click Update Billing Contact

• Make any necessary changes

• Click Save Billing Contact
