The Messaging page is where you will communicate with staff and guardians

Here you can create Direct Messages and Group chats with your staff and guardians

When starting a chat, if a user does not appear in your user list, it is likely because they have not yet been registered to message. To register, the user must navigate to the Messaging home page, where they will be automatically added as a recipient.
