To manage categories click on the Categories Card available on the Manage Page.
All categories start out with a default point value of 1 and are not locked.
The default point value determines the initial point value staff see when awarding points. You can set this to provide a suggested point value for each category. The value can still be adjusted by staff on the final step when awarding points.
If you want the value to be static and unable to be adjusted by staff when awarding points you can lock the category. When locked, the category's point value will not be able to be adjusted by staff on the final step when awarding points.
Find the category you are editing and in the last column of the table click the ellipses and select Edit.
Input a new Default Point Value. Toggle Locked on or off.
Click Save.
