Getting the relevant information from powerschool required to complete the configuration.

🔌 Upload & Enable the Plugin

Step 1: Log in to PowerSchool

Sign in to your PowerSchool instance using an Administrator account.

Step 2: Navigate to Plugin Management

From the left-hand navigation menu, go to:

System Management → Server → Plugin Management Configuration

Step 3: Upload the Plugin

1. Click Install.

2. Upload the zipped file you downloaded earlier.

3. After a successful upload, the plugin will appear in the list.

Step 4: Enable the Plugin

1. Locate the plugin in the list (look for RCA-HousePoint or the name you assigned).

2. Check the box to enable the plugin.

3. Click Enable to confirm.

Step 5: Copy your plugin credentials

• Open the newly enabled plugin.

• Click Data Provider Configuration.

• Copy and securely store the generated Client ID and Client Secret for use in your Add on configuration.

NOTE: You need to grant READ ACCESS in the Additional Configuration section after you have clicked the Data Provider Configuration as shown below;
