Student Wallets

The Student Wallets tab is where you will manage your students' coin balances and view their transaction histories

Change Coin Balance

  • To quickly change the coin balance for one or more students, select them by clicking the checkbox next to each students on the right side of the Student Wallets table, or click the checkbox in the header to select all students

  • Click Change Coin Balance

  • Select either + or - to add or subtract a value

  • Enter the Amount and Reason

  • Click Change

    • Any change to a student's coin balance will be represented under the Adjustment column

Student Wallet

To view an individual student's wallet click the blue Eye icon on the right side of the Student Wallets table. This will take you to a view with more in-depth wallet data for each student. Here you will see their overall Balance, total coins Earned, total coins Spent and any manual Adjustments made. There is also a list of all Pending Orders and a table showing their wallet history, which includes all transactions of coins earned through awarded points and coins spent in the Store.

Manual Adjustment

In the same way you could adjust wallet balances in the Student Wallets table, you can adjust a student's balance in this view.

  • Click Manual Adjustment

  • Select either + or - to add or subtract a value

  • Enter the Amount and Reason

  • Click Confirm

    • Any change to a student's coin balance will be visible in the Transactions table

Adjusting a student's coin balance

Resync Coins

If a student's balance doesn't match their transaction history their wallet may be out of sync. To fix this, click the blue Resync Coins button and then click Confirm. This should sync their wallet balance to match their transaction history.

Pending Orders

In the same way you can approve or reject pending orders in the Student Wallets table, you can manage orders in this view.

  • Click ✓ or X

  • Enter a reason

  • Click Approve/Reject
