Rosters

The Rosters Points page is where you can manage your rosters

Create Roster

  • Click + Create Roster

  • Add a name and select the students to be added to the roster

  • Click Save

Upload Rosters

  • Drop your CSV file into the blue box or click Browse to search your computer for your file

    • If you don't have a file to upload you can download our template by clicking the blue Download Template button and fill it with the necessary data

    • Files have a maximum size limit of 10MB and must not contain any special characters otherwise the file will fail to upload

  • Click Next

  • Review the rosters and student lists

    • If you need to edit any Roster names, click the name and edit the text. The name will save to the updated name on upload

    • If you need to remove any rosters from the list, click the ellipses on the right side of the corresponding file and click Remove

  • Click Upload

Edit Roster

  • Click the roster you wish to edit

  • Make any necessary changes to the roster name and student list

  • Click Update

Share Roster

When a roster is shared with other teachers and staff they will have access to view the roster in their list and on the My Classroom page

  • Click the roster you wish to edit

  • Select the staff to share the roster with

  • Click Share

Archive Roster

  • Click the roster you wish to archive

  • Click Archive
