Student Media Upload

The Student Media Upload page is where you can batch upload student images/videos

Upload Student Media

• To ensure your media files are matched to the correct students, filenames must be formatted to clearly identify the intended student. Our acceptable filename formats are as follows:

  • studentId (e.g. 12345.jpg)

  • first_last (e.g. john_doe.jpg)

  • last_first (e.g. doe_john.jpg)

  • firstLast (e.g. johnDoe.jpg)

  • lastFirst (e.g. doeJohn.jpg)

• Drop your image and/or video files into the blue box or click Browse to search your computer for your files

  • Files have a maximum size limit of 10MB

• Click the dropdown and select the filename format option that matches your files

• Click Next

• Review the files and student associations. If a file is unable to find a match or is mismatched with a student you may use the dropdown under the Full Name column to manual select the student to associate the file to.

  • If you need to remove any files from the list, click the ellipses on the right side of the associated file and click Remove

• Click Upload Media

  • While the app is upload files please leave the page open to avoid any issues

• Once all the files are successfully uploaded click Finish
