Sync with Classlink

How to synchronize your student record

To sync your student record with those coming from Classlink, follow the steps below:

• Select the Manage tab

• Click on students

• Click on the Classlink tab

• Click Sync Classlink to start the synchronization process

  • Confim sync

Sync Data

• The synchronization is a background process, so feel free to do other things while we update the records or stay on this page till you get a prompt confirming that the synchronization is complete

• If this is your first sync, the system may detect duplicates if the same students already exist in the HousePoints system.

• Carefully review and update these records to ensure accuracy. You will be able to marge duplicates or indicate that your selections are not duplicates. For more information on managing duplicate records, click the button below
